Refund policy
At Mozart Concierge, every bouquet is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because flowers are perishable and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns once your order has been delivered or collected.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection time.
- Same-day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
If your flowers arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in exceptional circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
- Fresh flowers and perishable goods.
- Gift cards.
- Food & beverage items.
